Please la be mature in your work. Just because you are not paid as you want, doesn't mean you can just do what you like. You are only causing trouble to other people. Because someone else have to pick up everything you left. It feels like shi* to be queried on jobs that you did not complete. If you just don't like what you are doing, just resign. The company is better off without people like you.
Please la. We love our job but you are making it like a living hell.
We may not say it right to your face because we respect you for being a senior. But act as an example not a pain on our a$$. You might think that all of us are ok with you but, nehhh.. we are talking behind your back. YES. You deserve to be talked about.
