Walaupun kau tu berpangkat lagi besar dari saya, kau tetap juga kuli bah.

Ini la ni, tinggi sikit ja tu pangkat sudah mau berlagak macam dia lah yang paling hebat. I know who you are. Tidak perlu mau tunjuk ketinggian power kau itu. If you want respect from other people, respect the other people too especially with how you treat and talk to them. Please start using the words “Can you?” or “Please help me…” or “It would be better if you..” and end everything that we did with a simple “Thank you”.

Let me tell you. Example ok. Tiada kaitan dengan orang yang ditujui. I should be an engineer. A position which require you to lead your people. If I am to ask a person to do a work for me, I will never ask them by throwing few papers to them and expect them to give me exactly what I want without me explaining and guiding them for the whole process. That is not right.

Can you be a good leader? I doubt it. Even the way you talk irritates others what more liking you.

I hope one day you will come to your sense to treat people better. It’s always good to have someone slap you in the face to wake you up. Hey, it is for a good cause right? Everyone wants to be better in life. It’s time for you to change to be better.
