I heard that drinking lots or water i.e minimum of 2liters/day and cutting out on sodas or caffein drink can make you lose weight. So, here I am trying this simple challenge. I am only allowed to take half a serving of my Old Town bancuh-sendiri Coffee. 1 serving contains 188 calorie so half serving a day gives me 84 calorie.
I will cut on all type of sodas. If I crave to drink something sweet, I will only take DILUTED Nestle Yougurt drink. Plain and blant tea is limited to 1 cup per week.
My diet for food will be the same. But let's focus on the drink for this 4 weeks.
